Why is a tool displaying a blank screen or not responding?

Because all Apex Tools Hub utilities run locally inside your browser using JavaScript, this issue is almost always caused by a cache conflict or a script-blocking browser extension. Please try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the page while holding Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) to force-reload the latest scripts.
  2. Open the tool in an Incognito or Private browsing window. If it works there, a browser extension (like an aggressive adblocker or script disabler) is likely blocking the code.
  3. Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
How do I submit a request for a new custom tool?

We actively build new tools based on user suggestions! When sending a feature request, please structure your message with:

  • The proposed name and category of the tool.
  • The mathematical formulas or logical rules the tool should follow.
  • Any typical input parameters and expected output parameters.

We prioritize tools that benefit a wide audience of developers, designers, students, or trade professionals.

Are my files or calculations uploaded to your servers?

No. Data security and privacy are central to Apex Tools Hub. Over 95% of our tools (such as JSON formatters, text counters, and construction calculators) process data completely in memory within your browser sandbox. We do not run server-side upload endpoints, and we never collect, read, or monetize your data inputs.

How do I report a rendering bug on mobile layouts?

If you encounter overlapping text, broken buttons, or scrolling issues on your phone or tablet, please let us know. In your bug report, please specify:

  • The exact URL of the tool.
  • Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24).
  • Your browser (e.g., Safari Mobile, Chrome for Android).

This allows our design team to replicate the bug and issue a patch within 24 hours.
