Grow a Garden Value & Stock Calculator

Check a trade, work out a crop’s sell value, and time the next shop restock — all in your browser, with numbers you control.

Your side

Your total: 0

Their side

Their total: 0
Add items to both sides to compare the trade.

Everything runs in your browser from the numbers you enter — no login, nothing uploaded, nothing kept after you close the tab. Treat results as estimates, not official game data.

This is a three-in-one companion calculator for the Roblox game Grow a Garden. Use the Trade tab to line up both sides of a swap and see instantly whether it is fair or lopsided; the Crop Value tab to estimate what a harvest will sell for once weight and mutations are factored in; and the Restock tab to count down to the next time each shop refreshes. Everything runs on your device and works from numbers you type in, so there is no login, nothing is uploaded, and no price list sitting in the page can quietly go out of date.

Check a trade before you tap accept

Add each item you are giving to your side and each item you are receiving to theirs, with its value and quantity. The calculator totals both columns, shows the gap between them, and gives a plain verdict — fair, you win, or you lose — along with the difference as a percentage so you can judge how far off a deal really is. Because you enter the values yourself, you can use whatever numbers your own trading community agrees on for pets, sheckles, or rare crops, rather than a figure someone hardcoded months ago. Adjust the “fair range” if you are happy to accept small imbalances, and the verdict updates as you type.

Work out what a crop will sell for

A harvested crop is rarely worth just its base price. The sell value follows a well-known formula: the crop’s base value, scaled by its weight (heavier fruit is worth much more, because the weight ratio is squared), then multiplied by a growth mutation and any environmental mutations. Growth mutations are the big multipliers — a Gold crop is worth about 20× and a Rainbow crop about 50× the normal value — while environmental mutations such as Wet, Chilled, Frozen, or Shocked stack together on top. Enter the base value and weight, pick the mutations, and the tool shows the running multiplier and the final price. Every multiplier is editable, so when an update rebalances the numbers or adds a new mutation, you can match it in seconds.

Never miss a shop restock

The seed and gear shops refresh on a short cycle, eggs on a longer one, and cosmetic or event stalls slower still. The Restock tab keeps a live countdown to the next refresh for each shop, based on its interval and your device clock, so you can hop in the moment the stock rolls over instead of guessing. The default intervals reflect the commonly used values — roughly five minutes for seeds and gear, half an hour for eggs — but they are fully editable. If an update changes a timer, or your server feels slightly offset, tweak the minutes for that shop and its countdown recalculates immediately.

Why nothing is fetched or hardcoded

Item values and shop stock in Grow a Garden change constantly, and the game does not publish an official price feed. Rather than bake in a list that would be wrong within days — or pull “live” numbers from a source that could be stale or gone — this tool does the maths and lets you supply the numbers. That keeps it honest and permanently up to date: the formulas and countdown logic never rot, and you plug in whatever your current version and trading community actually use. Nothing you type is sent anywhere, and closing the tab clears it. Treat the results as estimates to sanity-check a deal, not as official game data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this show live in-game prices and shop stock?

No. There is no official price or stock feed for the game, so instead of showing numbers that would quickly be wrong, the tool does the calculations and you enter the current values. The restock tab is a countdown based on each shop’s interval, not a live view of what is in the shop right now.

How is a trade judged fair, win, or lose?

It adds up the value of every item on each side (value times quantity), compares the two totals, and shows the difference in sheckles and as a percentage. If the gap is inside the fair range you set, it reads “fair”; otherwise it tells you which side comes out ahead.

How does the crop sell-value formula work?

Sell value is the base value scaled by the weight ratio squared, then multiplied by the growth mutation (roughly Gold 20×, Rainbow 50×) and by any environmental mutations, which stack together. Enter the base value, weight, and mutations and the tool shows the combined multiplier and final price.

Why can I edit the multipliers and restock times?

Because Grow a Garden is updated often. Mutation multipliers get rebalanced, new mutations appear, and shop timers can change. Making every number editable means the tool stays accurate after an update — you just adjust the value to match the current game instead of waiting for the page to be rewritten.

Are the restock countdowns exact?

They are as accurate as the interval you set and your device clock. The defaults reflect the commonly used restock periods, and the countdown aligns to clean clock boundaries. If your server feels slightly ahead or behind, adjust the interval for that shop and the timer recalculates.

Do I need an account, and is anything uploaded?

Neither. The whole calculator runs in your browser, there is no sign-up, and nothing you enter is sent to a server or saved after you leave. It is a private scratchpad for trades, sell values, and restock timing.
